Board games brought us together, and we want to share the joy with our community and beyond. 

During our first year of dating, we played through Alex's collection of 80+ board games. Now, years later, if you ever find us out and about town, we'll always have a small board game in one of our bags, just in case we have some free time somewhere. 

People often ask us, "What's your favorite game?" It really depends:

• A quick game after dinner: Castle Combo or Jaipur

• A cozy yet challenging game: Everdell

• A complex game for a snow day: Anachrony

• When we feel particularly nerdy: Starship Captains

• When we feel competitive: Splendor Duel or Innovation

• When we play with kids: Dixit

Almondine

Meet the cozy little fox in our logo. Her namesake is green beans almondine, the dish we brought to Thanksgiving in 2024. We came up with the logo idea that evening, and Almondine was born!
